Turnaround time
The production of a backdrop takes about 5-7 working days, depending on production load. After production the backdrop is dispatched via courier which takes 2-3 working days, depending on the delivery area.
Cancellations or incorrect choice
No refunds or returns for order cancellations, or incorrect choice. Cancellations cannot be made once the order is placed and the printing process has started.
Variances
Slight colour variances may occur as screens / monitors represent RGB colour, while printed colours consists of CMYK Process Colours (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black). Pantone colours can be printed on request.
Liability
Studio Backdrops absolutely strive to deliver outstanding service at all times and take great care to produce backdrops within the above stated timelines, to ensure that orders placed are received timeously. Studio Backdrops can however not be held liable for minor delays that may occur during peak times or circumstances out of our control. Please do not book shoots before you have your backdrop.
We do reserve the right to invoice you for any additional costs, if your regional area is not covered by our regular courier services.
Please note that no orders can be rushed.
Returns policy
All Studio Backdrops are custom printed to your size and design, therefore all sales are final.

We recommend that as soon as you receive your Studio Backdrop, you check it.
If your backdrop is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide photos for us to assess, or the sale will remain final.
